Resources
Here are some of the resources I use everyday in my juggling practice.
playjuggling
I have been using Sil-X Light 78mm juggling balls for over a decade, and I love them deeply. PlayJuggling offers a variety of balls (MMX, TTS, SRX, etc) for every type and style of juggling. Ask me any questions you might have about their offering, and use the promo code GRAVITY10 at checkout to get 10% off your order and send a 10% commission my way.
Alchemy juggling
Alchemy Juggling is a small business owned and operated by my friend Chris Jost. He does marvelous beanbag juggling balls and a bunch of other really cool juggling-related things. He is also really good at problem-solving any weird juggling props puzzle you might have, so ask him if you have a crazy idea. For example, Chris recently designed a ball holder for me to practice 10 balls.

Naboso
These products are designed by Dr. Emily Splichal for foot health. As a juggler, I spend most of my life standing up. Being solid and stable on my feet is the foundation of my entire body biomechanics. I use the Kinesis Board to better my balance and endurance, the Standing Mat to challenge my nervous system when juggling, and the Neuro Ball to relax and recover. I also highly recommend her book Barefoot Strong. Use code GRAVITY10 to send a 10% commission my way.
Vibram
My preference is to practice juggling barefoot. But it is not always possible, and whenever I need to wear shoes when juggling, I use Vibram Five Finger. These are toe shoes with a very slim sole that allows the foot to stay in its natural posture and in contact with the ground. Now that I found these, I only wear Vibram, no matter what I do.

Theraband
Theraband is an elastic band that I use to warm up and prehab (instead of rehab) my body for juggling. I have been using these for decades, and I swear by it. I highly recommend using this tool to avoid injuries and gently strengthen your body.

incrediwear
These products are designed by Dr. Jackson Corley for active recovery. I use their elbow and knee sleeves regularly to help my recovery. I also sometimes juggle with the sleeves if I need to support my articulations. These products are the best I could find in this category. Use the link below to get $20 off your first order of $75+, and send me a $20 commission.
SUPERJUGGLER
I recommend these juggling props, especially for beginners wanting to play with clubs and rings. Scott has a line of foamy props that will help you build confidence in your juggling while avoiding getting hurt. I like these props because they have a good balance for foamy beginner props. Books
Through juggling practice, I have been educating myself about the body, the mind, and the soul. Reading various books has also helped me in my journey of self-discovery. Here is my Amazon list of books I recommend.
Music
I grew up in a musician family, and music is at the core of everything I do. My character Maurice La Pierre created some playlists for his fans. You can follow his musical adventures on Apple Music.
Back massager
I love that tool. I use it every day. It helps me reach tough-to-reach spots in my back. I use it before, during, and after my juggling practice to keep my back muscles loose and ready for juggling. Here is my Amazon affiliate link.
