Bonjour!
Juggle Groove Academy is a small and intimate online juggling school (there are currently 14 active students). Our weekly classes happen face-to-face on Zoom, always live with your teacher, Cyril Rabbath. Juggling can be either athletic, artistic, scientific, or spiritual, depending on your goals and personality. My objective is to teach you a healthy juggling foundation and advanced techniques by focusing on body awareness, flow efficiency, and overall well-being.
All levels and walks of life are welcome.
your teacher
My name is Cyril Rabbath, founder of Juggle Groove Academy. I have been practicing, performing, and teaching the art of juggling for 27 years. My journey has taken me from busking the streets of Europe to traveling the world with Cirque du Soleil, having a residency on the Las Vegas strip, and beyond. Juggle Groove Academy exists because my favorite thing to do is share my passion for juggling. I believe that everyone can learn to juggle with enough time and the correct methodology.
When you enroll and join our classes, I will be your teacher.
Curriculum
The school methodology is based on these two assumptions:
No two jugglers are alike.
And that is a good thing.
Therefore, the curriculum does not follow a rigid path. On the contrary, it is a self-paced curriculum tailored to each student’s individuality and learning style.
Juggling is not an easy task. It requires tremendous focus, trials, and errors. But when we challenge our bodies and find flow, it triggers all the good stuff in our brain and body, and we grow. We grow as individuals and literally increase the white matter in our brains (see the University of Oxford article).
The foundation of Juggle Groove Academy’s juggling technique comes from my apprenticeship with the late Nadejda Akopovna Akvits in 2004 at the Moscow State Circus School. Her intuition and knowledge of juggling are a lifetime inspiration to me. Her teachings, combined with my 10,000+ performances and 45,000+ hours of juggling practice, opened the doors to my own juggling mastery. Today, it is my privilege to return the favor and share that knowledge with you.
Achieving flow in juggling happens through body and mind awareness. I aim to coach my students through practice, experiment, practice, feedback, practice, adjustments, practice, failure, and… you got it, practice. The progress we make is a direct reflection of our commitment to practicing juggling. It can be both gratifying and immensely frustrating. I have been on this journey for three decades. I know how to relate and guide you through it.
Each class is live on Zoom and tailored to you. They are group classes and usually welcome between 2 and 6 students (8 being the max). There are NO pre-recorded webinars or videos. Everything is live. You are welcome to attend any and all of the classes offered throughout the month. Take a look at this month’s schedule:

In any case, juggling is one of those disciplines that must be experienced to be truly understood. That’s why the best way to take it from here is to try juggling and take your first class with Juggle Groove Academy for free.
See you in class!
Tuition
Try the school for FREE: email me to set up your first class.
Pay only $50/month for the first 3 months.
After that, the monthly tuition fees are $250, and the school offers scholarships to be accessible to all. Scholarships can reduce the monthly tuition to bring it between $125 and $250 per month. There is no vetting process, just let me know what works for you.
I also offer a $75/month special for active students not yet part of the workforce, and a $50/month special for jugglers under 18 years old.
Finally, you can always cancel at any time and for any reason.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can in try the school for free?
Yes, you can.
Please email me to set up your first class for free.
How good can I get at juggling?
The sky’s the limit! (quite literally). My goal is to help you achieve your full potential and discover your singular juggling style. I believe juggling should be intimate and different for everyone. Ultimately, your limitations will be set by your own dedication to your practice.
Do I have to be an elite juggler to join?
No, you don’t. You don’t even need to know how to juggle at all! The school is open to anyone interested in learning to juggle, and there is no prerequisite for enrolling. I designed the methodology to help you start from the very beginner to the most advanced levels.
How do I attend class?
All classes are held on Zoom multiple times throughout the week. They are all face-to-face interactive meetings (NOT webinars). Once a month, you’ll get an email with a link to sign up for class. Feel free to attend all the classes that work best with your schedule.
When does school start and finish?
The school is open for enrollment now and never ends. It is an entirely self-paced methodology. You decide when you start and when you finish your courses. You will have access to the school for the duration of your tuition.
What Equipment Do I Need?
Wear fitted but comfortable clothes and start with 3 tennis balls, hackie sacks, bundled socks, or anything remotely round. Then, once you know you like to juggle, you can invest in a set of juggling balls. Here are the options I recommend.

Signing Up for class
You can always sign up for the whole week or month if you’d like to. However, please sign up at least 24 hours before; it helps me plan classes.
The school schedule is up by the end of every month for the following month. If you cannot find a class that fits your schedule, please let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs.
You are welcome to join as many classes as you want.
To cancel a class, refer to the confirmation email you received for signing up and follow the instructions. It will notify me automatically and include your reason for canceling if you share one.
Class etiquette
The Zoom meetings will be open at least 5 minutes before class, and you are welcome to join the waiting room. I let everyone join precisely on time, and it is ok if you run late.
Be mindful of your surroundings and the energy you bring to class. Try to keep yourself muted if you are in a noisy environment. Pay attention to your fellow students and be aware of your own needs.
Please communicate with me as much as possible about juggling, the school, and your well-being.
Classes are 50 minutes long, and I start wrapping up around the 45-minute mark to allow for remarks, questions, and feedback. I will be available for a few minutes after each class to connect one-on-one. Feel free to hang out when you want to chat.
